Garment Care & Knitwear Preservation
Due to the fine, delicate nature of this lightweight knit fabric, special care must be taken during laundering to prevent stretching, pilling, or snagging.
Do Not Machine Wash. Professional dry cleaning or gentle hand washing inside out in cold water (maximum 30°C / 86°F) is highly recommended to protect the delicate fibers.
Use a mild, specialized wool/knit detergent. Do not soak for more than 5 minutes. Do not bleach. Wash separately from dark colors or garments with harsh zippers and hardware.
Do Not Tumble Dry. Do not wring or twist. Gently press out excess water with a clean towel, and lay flat to dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Hanging while wet will cause the knitwear to stretch out of shape. Avoid direct, harsh sunlight.
Iron on the reverse side at a low temperature (maximum 110°C / 230°F) using a protective pressing cloth. Avoid wearing with abrasive jewelry or rough bag straps to prevent snagging the delicate threads.
