SHIPPING POLICY

At VAYU THE LABEL, we provide curated fashion pieces delivered directly from our global fulfillment centers to your doorstep.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently ship to the United States and Mexico. If you are located in another country, please contact us at vayuthelabel@gmail.com to check availability.

2. PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. SHIPPING TIMES (ESTIMATED)

United States: 7-14 business days.
Mexico: 10-20 business days.
Please note: Shipping times may vary due to customs processing or peak seasonal holidays.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75.
For orders under $75, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES For our customers in Mexico and the US, please be aware that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. VAYU THE LABEL is not responsible for delays caused by customs departments.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's portal.
